I am mad about providing therapy to those struggling with family dysfunction, relational conflict & trauma, abuse (especially emotional, psychological & narcissistic abuse), personality disorders & loving someone with a personality disorder, and perinatal/postpartum concerns. So mad in fact that I have specialized & obtained extensive training in these areas. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirmative provider. I provide gender affirmative therapy services for those seeking gender confirmation surgery and/or hormone replacement. I also have experience working with other forms of trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, life changes, couples & other mental health diagnosis.  I am a firm believer that every person is unique & use various treatment methods that are based on the individual's needs & strengths. Some approaches I use are family systems theories, feminist theories, maturity awareness approach, psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy, DBT, CBT & trauma-focused CBT.

I am madly passionate about normalizing the experiences of others, especially in terms of mental health, sexuality, gender, motherhood and relationships. I tend to work well with people who have struggled to be authentic due to falling outside the status quo or are feeling trapped by others' expectations. If you are needing help finding your voice, normalizing your experiences (in and out of relationships) and building self-advocacy and empowerment then I am your girl!

Through my personal and professional experiences, I have found that rarely is the script we were given correct or helpful. Together we will work to normalize your experiences, accept who you are, find and use your authentic voice and rewrite the script you were given.

Starting therapy services can be extremely scary, but I provide a safe, accepting, judgement free & comfortable place for you and/or your partner to work through issues, mend relationships, accept yourself & reach your goals. During our time together you can expect to work hard but laugh often. Life is all about balance after-all.
