When you start counseling services you can expect a judgement-free, safe and calming environment where doing hard work is balanced with a bit of laughter. After all, humor has been said to be the best medicine.

We work with a variety of ages and presenting concerns. Some include those struggling with a life transition, history of abuse, depression, anxiety, behavior difficulties, accepting oneself fully, relationship issues, grief and more. Individual, couples and family counseling are available. We also work with the LGBTQ+ community to assist those in living authentically, loving themselves unapologetically and, if desired, seeking gender affirming therapy services.
